DELIVERY
All orders placed before 12.00 am will be handed to our preferred carrier the same day. DOG Copenhagen offers free shipping on orders above 67€ (below 2 kg).
Delivery options
- EU delivery with PostNord Small Parcels (3-6 working days and maximum 2 kg) and/or GLS Express (2-5 working days)
- INT delivery with PostNord Small Parcels (6-10 working days and maximum 2 kg) and/or UPS Economy (3-7 working days)
A tracking email will be sent to the email address submitted with the order when the order ships.
Although it is our goal to deliver within the above mentioned lead times, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties.
Unclaimed and refused package
If you do not collect your package on time or refuse receipt, it will be returned to us and you will receive a refund, excluding any shipping costs.
Lost package
If you have not received your order within 7 working days after you have received your order confirmation, please contact DOG Copenhagen's customer service at hello@dogcopenhagen.com.
